| | KINSEY, William BarnsBorn: fl. 1896 Died: 1906Architect |
Kinsey was appointed resident engineer on the Port Shepston harbour works in about 1896. Later, a civil engineer, he applied to practice as an architect and civil engineer in Dundee, Natal and complained in 1906 to the district health officer about discrepancies between Dundee by-laws and public health regulations. Currently this is all that is known of his career.
