KEENOR, Edward Lancey

Was born in England and was employed by the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT in Pretoria by 1915. He acted as an assessor of the Benoni Town Hall competition in 1918. He became a Licentiate member of the RIBA while living in Johannesburg in 1925; he died in Johannesburg, his last residence being 7 Flint Rd, Parkwood, Johannesburg.
