Architect The partnership in London between H BAKER and AT SCOTT responsible for the design and execution of South Africa House in London. Barclay's Bank in Cape Town and the Reserve Bank in Pretoria were also designed by this partnership. W PERCIK worked in the London office of Baker & Scott.
