Previously IRVINE-SMITH, JOUBERT & LENNARD, a firm of which the partners were CC IRVINE-SMITH, HN JOUBERT and MD LENNARD. IRVINE-SMITH retired in 1979 and in 1980 LLOYD was invited to join the practice as a partner and the name changed.
