HEUGH was employed by Goodman NOICK in 1934 while the latter was designing the Palmerston Hotel in Gqeberha. HEUGH resigned c1936 to take up a position in the firm of OWEN EATON and MERRIFIELD. In 1959 he is recorded as principal and partner SIMPSON and HEUGH, of address EPBS building, 80 Main Street, Port Elizabeth, Cape Province, which, by 1969 had become SIMPSON, HEUGH and ROBERTSON of the same address.
