ESSA, Nabeel Aziz N

Born:

Architect

Nabeel has a Masters degree in landscape urbanism from the Architectural Association in London. He studied and has taught design electives at the University of the Witwatersrand. His theoretically driven contemporary design practice OFFICE 24-7 acts as an architectural consultancy specializing in designing and developing museum, exhibition and cultural information projects. Skills lie in combining spatial understanding with new ways of re-interpreting notions of the brief be it house or museum. Such conceptual ideas act as driving forces that continue to inform the design at its most detailed level. The office works as part of an interdisciplinary network of other architects, artists, curators and writers.

He was elected a member of the 2013 GIfA committee.
