Born and educated in Lithuania. Came to South Africa in 1929. In 1936 he established his own business Prefabricated Concrete Industries (Pty) Ltd. He invented the 'Fab-Con' pre-cast prestressed concrete product range. In 1941 01 08 he married Freda Davis by whom he had three sons and a daughter. in 1967 he is recorded as being of 91 Westcliffe Drive, Parkview, Johannesburg.
