DRAKE, FB Born: fl. 1906 Architect Johnson (1987:369) mentions that Drake was a civil engineer and that, as Municipal Engineer, his signature appeared on Mowbray plans, at least one of these being submitted by him as designer. He worked in Cape Town around 1906.
