Born in Pietermaritzburg. Son of Erik Holm and the artist Elly HOLM and older brother of the architect Albrecht HOLM. In 1969 recorded as principal of the practice HOLM and HOLM of address 58 Velra House, Buro Lane, Pretoria, Transvaal.
