It is possible that this Bullock is the same person as the previous entry. Nothing is yet known of this Bullock's training but he registered (reregistered?) with the Institute of South African Architects in 1937 while living at the Hotel Kinfold in Nigel, Transvaal. He let his membership with the ISAA lapse. From there he moved to Brakpan before he left the Transvaal for Cape Town where he reregistered with the ISAA in 1944. ISAA 1936.
