BONIEUX, Felix Pierre

Born: 1890 11 22
Died: 1972 03 09

Architect

SACA:
Reg No: 399
Year registered: 1927

Was born in Mauritius. Nothing has yet been established about his career except that he had a practice in Durban from 1927; in 1934 he entered into partnership with HB HOBBS (cf. HOBBS & BONIEUX). By 1959 the partnership is recorded as HOBBS BONIEUX and PARTNERS of 61 Hotchkiss House, Gardiner Street, Durban. Bonieux retired in 1962 but must have kept an interest in the firm because by 1969 they had been joined by FJS ROUGIER as the name changed to HOBBS, BONIEUX & ROUGIER at 28 Humber Crescent, Durban. (ISAA 1927).
