Nothing has yet been established about Page's training or career. According to the East London Museum, Page won the competition for the design of the East London City Hall in 1893 and moved from Kimberley to East London to execute the job. He was in partnership with HJC CORDEAUX in East London (cf PAGE & CORDEAUX) from about 1893 until about 1904.
