The partnership between JA MOFFAT, JAC MOFFAT and WA KELL in Durban was listed in Braby's Natal directories (1925, 1927). Hillebrand (1986:461) states that they were in partnership in Durban from 1924. Kell died in 1929; it is possible that R BULLOCK worked in this office in 1923 since he was a witness to Kell's will, written in 1923.
