Designed by Carl Otto HAGER in 1884. The tower later became unsafe as it had been built with bricks instead of sandstone, and was demolished in 1896. The new tower was built in 1908, designed by FW HESSE.

The cast iron gate between the church and the hall was manufactured by W VOIGT ENGINEERS AND COPPER WORKS of Paarl.
