A small but interestingly designed commercial building was for Delponte, the crowning decoration being a lyre. (Picton-Seymour 1977)

Was Athena Snack Bar (1978). Vacant at time of survey (1978). Featured in De Witt's photograph album of 1890s. Lyre acroterion decorative device suggests musical associated use.

2012 - the building is unocupied.
