The 'Rococo' Secton's house of the Groote Kerk situated on Adderley Street was demolished and replaced c. 1862 by a double storeyed office building to the design of J Bisset. This was also demolished and replaced by the Groote Kerk Gebou in 1938. (Radford 1979:230)
