THIS STONE WAS LAID BY
THE LORD BISHOP OF GRAHAMSTOWN
(THE RT. REV. A. H. CULLEN M.A. B.Sc.)
ON SUNDAY DECEMBER THE 14TH, 1952.

A. H. Cullen was Archibald Howard Cullen, Anglican Bishop of Grahamstown.
