| This project together with the Dstv Building is located at the Northern end of Avenue Vladimir Lenin, a conflictual zone where aging residential blocks of about 5 stories, renewal and informal converge. References for the new-buildings were drawn from the dilapidated existing architectural examples that are located in this avenue, characterised by a minimalist styling and an absence of ornamentation. This is a middle income residential block of 8 floors, each floor having two units of three bedrooms each.
