VAN WIJNGAARDEN, W Born: 1922 Architect SACA: Reg No: 2086 Year registered: 1961 Dip Ach (OFS). Born in Rotterdam. Emigrated from the Netherlands where he had done a course in draughting in Rotterdam. In South Africa he worked for Henk DE BIE in Bloemfontein. He studied for his diploma while in his employ and after qualifying in 1958 joined him in partnership in 1960, styled HENK DE BIE & VAN WIJNGAARDEN (Architect and Builder, 1964:17).
