Was listed as a member of the Association of Transvaal Architects in the United Transvaal directory (1915) at the time he was working as an assistant engineer with the SOUTH AFRICAN RAILWAYS AND HARBOURS in Piet Retief. In 1927 he registered as an architect with the Institute of South African Architects, dying two years later.
