PRESHAW, AHBorn: fl. 1899
Was listed practising as an architect in Bloemfontein in 1901. Nothing is yet known of his training nor of his origins. His plan for a Cottage Hospital (c1899) at Uitenhage was selected from among twelve others but his design was not executed because of the cost and the difficulty of contacting Preshaw who lived in Bloemfontein, owing to the Anglo-Boer War. He was paid a fee of ,65.
