MOIRA, Richard Edward Born: 1910 02 23 Architect Year registered: 1938 ARIBA 1935 Does not appear to have been born in South Africa; he studied at the Architectural Association in London from 1928 to 1933 and spent one year in an office in London and had qualified in 1935. In 1938 he registered as a member of the Institute of South African Architects, it appears that his stay in South Africa was a short one and his membership eventually lapsed. After 1938 he practised in Britain.
